The Douglas Hubble Travel Bursary is awarded jointly by the RCPCH and University of Birmingham every 2 years and will next be awarded in 2010*.
The award provides financial support for young paediatricians, or paediatric research workers below consultant status, to present scientific papers at meetings within Europe but outside the UK, or to visit institutions overseas to learn techniques or acquire experience, which would be of benefit to British paediatric practice.
